Q. How do I enroll in the online drivers education program?
A. Enrolling is fun, fast, and easy all you need is a personal email account and valid address to sign up.

Q.The video streaming is not able to be viewed?
A. Please be patient...depending on your personal internet setup and speed initial loading of our video content may take some time. In the meantime you may view the reading material and skip over the video until it loads. You may even jump ahead to the quiz review first.

Q. Is there a time limit on how long I can take to finish my course?
A. Some of our students are able to finish this course in a matter of days, while others elect to take their time. We do not have any time requirement for you to have to have to finish our course.

Q. Can I get a refund once I have enrolled?
A.Currently we do not offer refunds but this is subject to a case by case bases. You may email your request to our school and we will research whether or not your claim is valid for a refund.

Q. Do I still need to take driver training?
A. Yes, after you have completed the 30 hours classroom education you will need to be enrolled in a 6 hour behind the wheel lesson course. Only after you have waited 6months and passed the 6 hours behind the wheel course will you be able to take your driving test. The only exception is if you reach the age of 18; only then will you be able to skip the 6 hours behind the wheel training.

Q. What if I lose or misplace my DMV certificate after completing the online course?
A. We will be able to replace your lost certificate if you happen to lose it. However there will be a replacement fee. Currently the replacement fee will be $35 dollars so its strongly advised that you place your completion certificate in a safe place.
